On Thursday, July 14, at 11:00 a.m. ET (4:00 p.m. London / 5:00 p.m. Brussels) we will hold a one-hour long virtual meeting of the Regulated Funds Committee. The meeting will focus primarily on the following two topics:
- Update on AFIMD/UCITS review and ICI Global's advocacy efforts
- Changes to the MiFID suitability rules with respect to client sustainability preferences. This will be an opportunity for members to discuss how they are progressing toward implementation/compliance and working with distributors since SFDR disclosure templates won't be rolled out until January 2023.
