TO: Diversity and Inclusion Committee RE: Registration Now Open: ICI's Diversity and Inclusion Committee Meeting on Thursday, June 16, 2022

 

ICI's Diversity and Inclusion Committee will have a video conference meeting via Zoom on Thursday, June 16, 2022, from 2:00-3:15 p.m. (ET). Meeting registration is available at https://cvent.me/A21rBO.

As you will note from the attached preliminary meeting agenda, the meeting will include facilitated breakout sessions on the following topics:

  • Retention strategies for underrepresented groups
  • Nurturing DEI with a remote workforce
  • Setting DEI goals and driving accountability

All breakout sessions will address the three topics so we are not asking registrants to select a specific breakout session. We will group representatives from smaller firms together.

When registering, please indicate if you are willing to serve as a breakout session facilitator—if we do not receive enough volunteers, facilitators will be assigned.
