TO: Diversity and Inclusion Committee RE: Registration Now Open for ICI's March 24, 2022 Diversity and Inclusion Committee Meeting

 

ICI's Diversity and Inclusion Committee will have a video conference meeting via Zoom on Thursday, March 24, 2022, from 2:00-3:15 p.m. (ET). Meeting registration is available at https://cvent.me/wyez1a.

As you will note from the attached preliminary meeting agenda, the meeting will include facilitated breakout sessions (5-8 individuals per session) on the following topics:

  • A deeper dive into the equity topic addressed earlier in the meeting.
  • Working with those who feel disenfranchised because of an emphasis on DEI within the organization. Examples of meaningful advocacy and/or allyship for DEI.
  • How to ensure senior management supports DEI efforts? Incentive structures to achieve DEI improvements

When registering, please indicate your choice of breakout sessions. Please also indicate if you are willing to serve as a breakout session facilitator—if we do not receive enough volunteers, facilitators will be assigned.
