Please note that we have finalized the dates for the Spring virtual and Fall in-person meetings of the Closed-End Investment Company Committee.

The Spring virtual meeting will take place via Zoom teleconference on Tuesday, April 26, 2022. The meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) and end at approximately 3:00 pm (Eastern Time).

The Fall in-person meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at a to-be-determined location in New York City. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) and should conclude no later than 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). That meeting coincides with ICI's 2022 Closed-End Fund Conference, which is scheduled to take place on Thursday, November 17 at the Convene Center at One Liberty Plaza, New York, New York.

In addition, please note that following the Fall in-person meeting, we will hold a mini conference that will provide general information about closed-end funds to the wider closed-end fund ecosystem. Please consider inviting colleagues and others to the mini conference. We will circulate more information about the event as we get closer to the mini conference date.

The agendas for the Spring and Fall meetings, location of the Fall meeting and mini conference, and the registration link for the Fall meeting will be circulated closer to the relevant event date. When completing the online registration, please also provide any suggested topics that you would like to discuss at the meeting.
