ICI will hold a virtual meeting of the Bank-Affiliated Member Advisory Committee on Tuesday, February 8 from 2:00-3:30 pm ET. A draft agenda is attached.

Charles Gray, Deputy General Counsel at the Federal Reserve Board (FRB), will be our guest speaker. He will discuss matters of interest to ICI members, including the FRB's regulatory agenda, the recent extension of temporary relief under Regulation O, and the FRB's involvement in work of the Financial Stability Board and Financial Stability Oversight Council. Satish Kini of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, who serves as ICI counsel on banking issues, also will participate.
