TO: Chief Compliance Officer Committee RE: CCO Committee 2022 Schedule

Below is a list of all the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) Committee events we have scheduled for 2022. Continuing our format for getting these events on your calendar, members of the Committee will receive an Outlook Calendar invitation for each of these events, which eliminates the need for you to RSVP for them via email.

As regards 2022, you'll see from the schedule below that we plan to continue holding our Deep Dive sessions. We've scheduled four for next year and, prior to deciding on the topics for these sessions, we'll seek input from Committee members. In the meantime, we'll save a date and time for each of them. Once they get scheduled, we will be reaching out to members to help with them. At this time, we are planning to hold all events virtually. However, if it is safe to hold an in-person meeting in late 2022 and members prefer that option, we will consider meeting in-person for our December Committee meeting. If you have any questions about next year's schedule or any suggestions for enhancing the value of this Committee to you, please do not hesitate to contact me (tamara@ici.org), the Committee Chair, Katie Primas (kmp@dodgeandcox.com), or the Committee's Vice Chair, Phil Wellman (pwellman@massmutual.com).
