The next meeting of the Closed-End Investment Company Committee will take place via Zoom teleconference on Monday, November 8. The meeting will begin at 1:00 pm (Eastern) and end at approximately 3:00 pm (Eastern).

We are pleased to have William J. Bielefeld, Brenden P. Carroll, and Allison M. Fumai, Partners from the law firm of Dechert LLP, join us to discuss regulatory issues that their closed-end fund clients have recently encountered.

We will circulate a final agenda with meeting materials to registered participants on Thursday, November 4.
