ICI Global will host another SFDR (+Taxonomy +MiFID) implementation workshop on Wednesday, September 22 at 2:00 p.m. BST (9:00 a.m. EDT). A calendar invitation has been sent to members of the EU ESG Disclosure Regulation Working Group. If you have not received an invitation but would like to participate, please reach out to me at Elizabeth.Lance@ici.org.
We will circulate some potential topics and questions for discussion ahead of the workshop. Please let me know in the meantime if there are particular implementation issues you would like to discuss with other members at this time. Based on some feedback we've already received, some areas for discussion could be:
- EC's Q&A - helpful/unhelpful?
- Timeframes for SFDR periodic reporting, and approach to reporting under Level 1
- Taxonomy periodic reporting retrospective effect
- MiiFID sustainability preferences - how this will work in practice? How are firms approaching the three criteria (percentage sustainable investments, percentage taxonomy-aligned, consideration of PAI)?
- Approach to definition of sustainable investments - same across the firm?
- Taxonomy Article 8 disclosures - Will firms be complying on a voluntary basis prior to CSDR? Issues with minimum taxonomy alignment figures?
