TO: Diversity and Inclusion Committee RE: Registration Now Open for ICI's June 24, 2021 Diversity and Inclusion Committee Meeting

 

ICI's Diversity and Inclusion Committee will have a video conference meeting via Zoom on Thursday, June 24, 2021, from 2:00-3:00 p.m. (ET). A preliminary meeting agenda is attached. Meeting registration is available at https://cvent.me/gR2zno.

As you will note from the agenda, the meeting will include facilitated breakout sessions (5-8 individuals per session) on the following topics:

  • Creating an inclusive hiring process
  • Development programming for underrepresented talent
  • Accountability and integrating D&I metrics into performance reviews

When registering, please indicate your choice of breakout sessions. Please also indicate if you are willing to serve as a breakout session facilitator.
