TO: Global Advocacy Coordination Advisory Committee RE: Invitation to a Call with the Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) - 4 May, 3:00 pm BST/4:00 pm CEST

 

Our committee is invited to join a call ICI is hosting with the Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), on Tuesday, 4 May 2021 at 10:00 am EDT/3:00 pm BST/4:00 pm CEST.

We expect the following members of the CSSF staff to join the call:

  • Pascal Berchem, Head of the Authorisation and Supervision of Investment Fund Managers team
  • Alain Hoscheid, Head of the Prudential Supervision and Risk Management team
  • Guilhem Ros, Head of the investment fund's anti-money laundering team
  • Laurent van Burik, Head of the legal and international division.

The CSSF staff will discuss a range of regulatory developments of relevance to investment funds, including the CSSF's recent workstreams on liquidity risk management, UCITS costs and charges and anti-money laundering.

Please register for the meeting on Cvent here - https://cvent.me/ovlwoz. The meeting will be held by WebEx and you will receive a link following registration. When you register you will also have the opportunity to submit questions for the CSSF.

This session will be held as part of the ICI Global Regulated Funds Committee meeting. Following the discussion with the CSSF, ICI Global's Regulated Funds Committee will continue on the same WebEx link. Other members are free to disconnect at that point. We anticipate that the discussion with the CSSF will last between an hour and an hour and a half, depending on member questions and discussion.
