TO: EU ESG Disclosure Regulation Working Group RE: Update on the ESAs' Hearing on Taxonomy-Alignment Product Disclosure RTS - Registration Re-Opened; Hearing Recording

 

As you know, the 29 April hearing[1] to be hosted by the European Supervisory Authorities (ESAs) on proposed[2] regulatory technical standards (RTS) for Taxonomy-alignment disclosure for SFDR Article 8 and Article 9 products was over-booked and no new registrations were being accepted. 

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) confirmed to us that the ESAs re-opened the hearing registration for new registrations, and you can register via the hearing website.[3]  They will also record the hearing and make it available afterwards.
