RE: REVISED NEVADA FORM TO CLAIM BLUE CHIP EXEMPTION

The Nevada Securities Division recently amended Form 520,
"Claim of Exempt Security," to reflect amendments to Section
90.520 of the Nevada Securities Act which went into effect on
October 1, 1991.
Mutual funds and unit investment trusts qualified to claim
the "blue chip" exemption from registration must file Form 520 in
order to claim the exemption. Due to the renumbering of the
exemptions contained in NRS 90.520, the citation for the blue
chip exemption is 90.520(2)(n) rather than 90.520(2)(o).
A copy of Revised Form 520 is attached. We will keep you
advised of further developments.
