The next meeting of the Closed-End Investment Company Committee will take place via Zoom teleconference on Tuesday, April 27, 2021. The meeting will begin at 1:00 pm (Eastern) and end at approximately 3:00 pm (Eastern).

We are pleased to have Christopher M. Hayden, Chief Operating Officer - US, Georgeson LLC (a proxy solicitation firm), join us for part of the meeting to discuss recent activist investor activities and related actions. In addition, Martin H. Dozier, Partner, Alston & Bird LLP (a law firm), will join us for part of the meeting to discuss practical issues associated with setting up and running interval funds and tender offer funds.

We will circulate a final agenda with meeting materials to registered participants on Monday, April 26.
