On Wednesday, April 28 from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm ET, ICI will hold a virtual meeting of the Registered Fund CPO Advisory Committee.

We are pleased to announce that representatives from the National Futures Association will join part of the meeting to discuss NFA's recent interpretive notice on use of third-party service providers, CPO notice filing requirements under Rule 2-50, and current NFA priorities.

If you plan to attend, please visit our registration site here. Once you register, you will receive a calendar invitation with the Zoom link to participate in the meeting. You may participate by video or by phone. 

When you register for the meeting, please indicate any questions or topics you would like our guest speakers to address, along with topics you would like to discuss with other members at the meeting. We will circulate an agenda and materials on Monday, April 26. 

We request that you do not forward your calendar invitation for the meeting to others. Consistent with ICI guidelines, this meeting is limited to members of the Registered Fund CPO Advisory Committee.
