Ahead of the call on 15 April, at 16:00 BST/17:00 CET, to discuss our response to the ESAs' Consultation on Taxonomy Article 8 & 9 product disclosure Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS),  attached are the following materials:

• A memorandum that overviews the Consultation with a particular focus on the proposed requirements for Taxonomy-alignment calculations and the accompanying narrative disclosures.
• A document that includes 12 questions the ESAs posed in this Consultation (excerpted from the Consultation).
• A link to the full consultation document is here.

During the call, I anticipate that we will discuss the following aspects related to our potential response (and any additional input is welcome):

• Compliance dates for the SFDR RTS and the Taxonomy RTS, and the Non-Financial Reporting Directive (NFRD)
• Single rulebook approach by the ESAs (i.e., amending the SFDR RTS, including the templates, to incorporate the Taxonomy RTS)
• Formula for calculating Taxonomy-aligned investments (KPI)
• New narrative disclosures.
