On April 1, 2021, FinCEN issued an Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRM) soliciting public comment on a wide range of questions related to the implementation of the beneficial ownership information reporting provisions of the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA).[1] Comments are due to FinCEN by May 5, 2021.

ICI will be hosting a member call on Thursday, April 22nd at 1:00 pm ET to discuss the ANPRM and areas on which ICI should provide comment.  This call is for ICI members only.  If you would like to participate in the call, please RSVP to Dom Liberatore at dom.liberatore@ici.org and he will send you an Outlook invitation with a Zoom link and dial-in information.

We request that you do not forward the calendar invitation to others. If you would like additional colleagues at your firm to participate in the call, please contact Dom Liberatore and he will send the invitation to them directly. This will help us maintain the confidentiality of our call and allow us to monitor the number of attendees.
