The next meeting of the Security Valuation Operations Committee has been scheduled for Tuesday, April 20 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. Eastern.

The meeting will take place on Zoom. Committee members are encouraged to log into the meeting using the Zoom application. If you do not have the ability to participate via the Zoom application, you can instead call into the meeting. Please provide the telephone number you will be calling in from in your meeting registration. This information will be used to admit you to the meeting.

We are pleased to announce that we have arranged for Lori Novak, a partner with Cohen and Company, to attend the meeting and discuss current developments affecting security valuation and audit.

Continuing Professional Education Credit

Meeting attendees are eligible for 2 hours of CPE credit (Accounting/Auditing, and Specialized Knowledge and Applications). The Investment Company Institute is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be addressed to NASBA, 150 Fourth Avenue North, Suite 700, Nashville, TN 37219-2417, or www.nasba.org.
