February 4, 2021 TO: Chief Compliance Officer Committee RE: CCO 2021 Committee Schedule

We have set the dates for the virtual meetings/calls of ICI’s Chief Compliance Officer Committee for 2021. These dates are listed below. We are not planning to hold any in-person meetings nor the Compliance Conference this year. With respect to our meetings and calls, each of these will be held via an audio/video platform so we have the opportunity to see each other! We do encourage members to participate in these events using the video portion of the platform but, for those who either prefer not to or are unable to, you will be able to join them by phone or by using on the audio features of the platform. At the appropriate time, which will be a few weeks in advance of the meeting/call, you will be asked to RSVP for it.  At this time, all you need to do is save these dates on your calendar!

Also, please note that, if you are planning to participate in the February 23rd meeting of the Committee but have not already RSVP’d, please do so at your earliest convenience by emailing Jennifer Odom (jodom@ici.org) and include any issues you would like added to the agenda.

Here are the dates for the 2021 CCO Committee Events (all times are Eastern):

Tuesday          Feb. 23 (2:00-3:30 p.m.) Quarterly Committee Virtual Call Tuesday          May 4 (2:00-5:00 p.m.) Virtual Spring Meeting Thursday Sep. 9 (2:00-3:30 p.m.) Quarterly Committee Virtual Call Thursday Dec. 9 (2:00-5:00 p.m.) Virtual Winter Meeting

In addition to the above Committee events, we will continue to hold monthly calls of our Advisory Issues Subcommittee to discuss members’ current issues. Also, as we will discuss during our February Committee meeting, in light of the fact that we are not holding the Compliance Conference this year, depending upon members’ interest, we may supplement the above calls/meetings with learning sessions dedicated to a topic of interest to the Committee.  More to come on this!

If you have any questions or suggestion for how we can enhance the value of the Committee to you, please do not hesitate to let me or the Committee Chair, Katie Primas (Dodge & Cox), or our Vice Chair, Phil Wellman (Mass Mutual) know. We look forward to engaging with you during 2021!
