February 4, 2021 TO: Chief Risk Officer Committee RE: CRO 2021 Committee Schedule

 

We have set the dates for the virtual meetings/calls of ICI’s Chief Risk Officer Committee for 2021. These dates are listed below. We are not planning to hold any in-person meetings this year.  Instead, each meeting/call will be held via an audio/video platform so we have the opportunity to see each other! We do encourage members to participate in these meetings/calls using the video portion of the platform but, for those who either prefer not to or are unable to, you will be able to join the events either by phone or by using on the audio features of the platform. At the appropriate time, which will be a few weeks in advance of the meeting/call, you will be asked to RSVP for it. At this time, all you need to do is save these dates on your calendar! 

Also, please note that, if you are planning to participate in the February 18th meeting of the Committee but have not already RSVP’d, please do so at your earliest convenience by emailing Jennifer Odom (jodom@ici.org)and include any issues you would like added to the agenda.

Here are the dates for the 2021 CRO Committee Events (all times are Eastern):

Thursday Feb. 18 (2:00-3:30 p.m.) Quarterly Committee Virtual Call Tuesday           Mar. 9 (2:00-3:30 p.m.) Special Meeting: Joint CRO/CISO/Ops Session with Chris Herd of FirstBaseHQ on the Remote World Thursday May 20 (2:00-5:00 p.m.) Virtual Spring Meeting Tuesday Sep. 14 (2:00-3:30 p.m.) Quarterly Committee Virtual Call Tuesday Nov. 16 (2:00-5:00 p.m.) Virtual Winter Meeting

Please note that we hope to supplement the above calls/meetings with sessions dedicated to a topic of interest to the Committee. These sessions would be similar to the Threat Intelligence session we held last year and the session with Chris Herd that we have scheduled for March 9th.
