Please note that we have scheduled the Spring and Fall 2021 meetings of the Closed-End Investment Company Committee.

The Spring meeting will be held virtually on Tuesday, April 27 from 1:00-3:00 pm (Eastern Time) via Zoom videoconference.

The Fall in-person meeting is tentatively scheduled to be held on Monday, November 8 at a to-be-determined location in New York City. The meeting will begin at 2:00 pm (Eastern Time) and should conclude no later than 5:00 pm (Eastern Time). Because of the uncertainty associated with COVID-19, the location of this meeting could change.

A calendar invite for each committee meeting will be circulated shortly, and the agendas and exact location of the Fall in-person meeting will be circulated closer to the relevant meeting date.
