November 20, 2020 TO: Variable Insurance Products Advisory Committee RE: VIPAC Reminder and Agenda - December 3 Virtual Meeting
On Thursday, December 3, 2020, from 1:00-2:30 pm ET, ICI will hold a virtual meeting of the Variable Insurance Product Advisory Committee. We are pleased to welcome as guest speakers Andrea Magovern, Assistant Director, Michael Pawluk, Senior Special Counsel, and Sumeera Younis, Branch Chief, from the SEC’s Division of Investment Management, to discuss recent SEC initiatives in the insurance products area. The agenda for the virtual meeting is attached.

Please include on the online form any particular topics you would like to discuss with other members at the meeting or any questions or topics you would like our guest speakers to address. We will send you an Outlook calendar invitation with information on participating in the meeting through Zoom. You will also be able to dial into the meeting if you prefer.
We request that you do not forward this calendar invitation to others. Consistent with our guidelines, this meeting is limited to members of the Variable Insurance Product Advisory Committee.
