Independent Accountants Advisory Group RE: Accounting/Treasurers Committee Meeting - December 3

 

A joint meeting of the Accounting/Treasurers Committee and the Independent Accountants Advisory Group has been scheduled for Thursday, December 3, 2020. The meeting will be held on Zoom from 11:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m. Eastern time.

We are pleased to announce that SEC staff from the Chief Accountants Office in the Division of Investment Management will participate in the meeting and brief the committee on current SEC developments.

Continuing Professional Education Credit

Meeting attendees are eligible for 3 hours of CPE credit (Taxation, Accounting/Auditing, and Specialized Knowledge and Applications).  The Investment Company Institute is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.  State boards have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.  Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be addressed to NASBA, 150 Fourth Avenue North, Suite 700, Nashville, TN 37219-2417, or www.nasba.org
