The preliminary agenda is attached. We are pleased to announce that we have arranged for two informative sessions with guest speakers. Julie Patterson and Niamh Mulholland from KPMG will present on what the AIFMD/UCITS review and CP86 review may mean for the future of delegation and substance. Raza Naeem, Counsel at Linklaters LLP will speak about liquidity developments in the EU and UK. Both sessions will have time for Q&A and member discussion. In addition, we will cover relevant EU regulatory and legislative developments, remaining Brexit challenges, recent changes to foreign direct investment in certain jurisdictions and future ICI Global engagement on this matter, and efforts to unify foreign investors’ access to China’s onshore bond market.
