Committee Meeting

Please note that, due to COVID-19 concerns, the Fall in-person meeting of the Closed-End Investment Company Committee has been changed to a Zoom meeting. The meeting now will be held on Thursday, November 12 from 1:00-3:00 pm (Eastern Time).

To attend the Committee meeting, please register at www.ici.org/reg/closed_end. Once registered, you will be able to access the meeting invitation and Zoom link/dial-in information. When completing the online registration, please also provide any suggested topics that you would like to discuss or questions that you would like to raise at the meeting.

We will circulate a final agenda with meeting materials to registered participants the week of the meeting.

Please also note that ICI will be holding the 2020 Closed-End Fund Conference virtually on Wednesday, November 4 and Thursday, November 5. The conference will feature industry experts discussing the most recent regulatory and market developments affecting closed-end funds.
