A reminder that ICI will hold a call of the SEC Rules Committee on Friday, September 11th, from 2:00-3:30 pm ET. We have extended the length of the call to 1½ hours based on our draft agenda, which is attached. On this call, we will provide an update on the SEC’s fall agenda and an opportunity for member discussion.
If you would like to participate in our September call and have not yet registered, please do so at www.ici.org/reg/sec/virtual_mtg. Once registered, you will be able to access the meeting invitation and Microsoft Teams link/dial-in information. Please note that you must register for this call to receive the Outlook calendar meeting invitation and dial-in information. Please send any additional suggestions for the agenda for next week’s call by Friday, September 4th, to sarah.bessin@ici.org.
Please also mark your calendar for the winter “virtual” meeting of the SEC Rules Committee on Tuesday, December 15th, from 1:00-4:00 pm ET.
