As you know, we met with the French securities regulator, the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), on 25 August 2020. We had a very helpful and frankly encouraging discussion on the European Supervisory Authorities’ (ESAs) consultation on draft regulatory technical standards (RTS) for the sustainable finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR). The AMF recently released a publication flagging areas in the consultation that are of particular interest.[1] They mentioned that they are very interested to hear from the industry on this.
Attached is a more detailed summary of the areas we discussed.
