SEC Chairman Jay Clayton will be providing his views in an informal interview on June 23, 2020 at 12:00 pm EDT on the importance and role of ESG disclosures, including thoughts on how companies, investors, and standard-setters can clarify and advance the development of appropriate disclosures.
