In case you have any interest in attending, we wanted to pass on the below details on an upcoming public hearing[1] that the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) and other European Supervisory Authorities (ESAs) are holding on their consultation on the draft regulatory technical standards (RTS) for the Disclosure Regulation.[2] The hearing is organized as a webinar and requires registration in order to attend. We plan to attend and will provide a read-out from the hearing.

The webinar is on 2 July, from 10:00 to 16:00 (Brussels time). The registration form is at the bottom of the webpage for the hearing.

The agenda for the hearing will be released closer to the date of the hearing, and will follow the structure of the consultation paper, covering the topics raised in the RTS on entity-level principal adverse impact disclosures and product-level ESG disclosures.
