Fixed-Income Advisory Committee RE: SEC Fixed Income Market Structure Advisory Committee Meeting Scheduled for Monday, June 1, 2020

 

The Securities and Exchange Commission Fixed Income Market Structure Advisory Committee (FIMSAC) will hold a meeting on Monday, June 1, 2020.[1]  The meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. (ET) via remote format and will be open to the public via webcast on the SEC’s website.

The committee will consider recommendations concerning

  • internal fund crosses;
  • pre-trade transparency in the municipal securities market; and
  • issuer-pay conflict of interest in credit ratings.

The committee will also feature discussions concerning

  • the role of bond pricing services; and
  • transparency in the market for large size trades.

The SEC has posted a more detailed agenda on its FIMSAC website.
