May 18th Special Call
On Monday, May 18th, from 2-3 pm ET, ICI will hold a special call of the SEC Rules Committee to discuss issues of current interest to members. You will receive an Outlook calendar invitation for the call that will include dial-in information. Please send me suggestions for issues or topics you would like to raise on the call by Wednesday, May 13th, to sarah.bessin@ici.org.
June 24th Telephonic Meeting
On Wednesday, June 24th, from 1-3:30 pm ET, ICI will hold a telephonic meeting of the SEC Rules Committee. We are pleased to announce that our guest speakers will be Dalia Blass, Director, and Sarah ten Siethoff, Associate Director, of the SEC’s Division of Investment Management, and Dan Kahl, Chief Counsel, of the SEC’s Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations (OCIE).
If you plan to participate in the June telephonic meeting, please visit our registration site at www.ici.org/reg/sec. Please include on the online form any particular topics you would like to discuss with other members at the meeting. Once you register for the meeting, we will send you an Outlook calendar invitation with dial-in information. We will circulate an agenda closer to the meeting date.
December 15th Meeting
On Tuesday, December 15th, ICI will hold a meeting of the SEC Rules Committee. We will confirm the time and format of the meeting in the fall and will provide registration information at that time. We encourage you to mark your calendars now for the December meeting.
