Please note that, due to COVID-19 concerns, the Spring in-person meeting of the Closed-End Investment Company Committee has been changed to a videoconference meeting. The meeting now will be held on Thursday, May 28 from 1-3 pm.

We are pleased to have Paul Cellupica, Deputy Director, Division of Investment Management at the Securities and Exchange Commission, and other staff from the SEC’s Division of Investment Management join us to discuss the division’s closed-end fund initiatives and to hear industry feedback.

We also are pleased that Nathan Briggs and David Sullivan from Ropes & Gray LLP will give a presentation on recent closed-end fund legal issues and address industry questions.
