(The meeting notice previously sent to the committee is also attached for your convenience.) Minutes of the last committee meeting are enclosed along with several related attachments. The NASD proposal regarding the Networking indemnification agreement has been revised following an October 15 ICI/NSCC meeting and has been sent to the NSCC and the mutual fund task force that developed the original proposal for their review.
