Please note that, due to COVID-19 concerns, the Spring in-person meeting of the Closed-End Investment Company Committee that had been scheduled for Tuesday, April 21 has been postponed until Thursday, May 28.

The meeting now will be held on Thursday, May 28 at the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, NW, Washington, DC in the David Silver Conference Room. The meeting will begin promptly at 12 noon (Eastern Time) and should conclude no later than 3 pm (Eastern Time). Lunch will be served.

We are hopeful that we will be able to hold this meeting in person but, depending on the circumstances, may need to change the meeting to a teleconference call during the same time. We will closely monitor developments and make a determination on whether to hold the meeting in person or via teleconference approximately one month before the meeting date.
