The next meeting of ICI’s Chief Information Security Officer Committee will take place on Friday, April 17, 2020 at Capital Group Companies, 6455 Irvine Center Drive, Irvine, CA 92618. The Committee meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. and conclude at approximately 3:00 p.m. A Committee Dinner is scheduled for the evening of April 16. Details on the dinner and meeting agenda are forthcoming. Please remeber to submit your discussion topics for “SHOP TALK” on the attached form.
Please note, the most convenient airport to the meeting and hotel locations is John Wayne Airport, Orange County, CA. The airport is approximately seven miles from the Capital Group Companies office.
Hotel Reservations
A block of rooms at the Marriott Irvine Spectrum, 7905 Irvine Center Drive, Irvine, CA 92618. The phone number is (949) 759-0200. Rooms are reserved for the Committee members for the evenings of April 16 & 17, 2020. The room rate is $181 single/double, please ask for a room in the Investment Company Institute’s room block. Rooms are limited. The hotel requires all reservations be guaranteed with a one night’s deposit by Tuesday, March 24, 2020 to receive the room block rate. Deposits are refundable if the hotel receives notice of cancellation at least 72 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.

Committee members (or their substitutes) electing to attend the dinner (on April 16) will pay the standard amount of $115.00 via credit card as part of the registration process.
