IDC’s chapter meetings are informal and interactive gatherings for fund directors (independent and interested). They are free and open only to directors of ICI member funds.
The meeting will begin with a discussion led by Abby Joseph Cohen. We will then discuss current topics relating to your roles as fund directors, including governance practices and SEC regulatory initiatives.
