January 30, 2020 TO: Chief Compliance Officer Committee
International Compliance Advisory Committee RE: RSVP Information for London Compliance Advisory Committee Meeting on Tuesday 21 April from 14:00-17:00; RSVP by Thursday, 9 April

The next meeting of ICI’s International Compliance Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Tuesday, 21 April from 14:00-17:00, with an informal reception immediately following the meeting. Many thanks to Committee member Panos Pallikaropoulos of SEI Global for hosting us at his London office.

While there is no charge to attend the meeting or reception, we ask that members who are planning to attend RSVP so we have an accurate head count for meeting materials, refreshments, and the reception.  You do not need to RSVP if you are not planning to attend.  Please use this link to RSVP no later than Thursday, 9 April:  www.ici.org/reg/icac.  Meeting logistics will only be provided to those members who RSVP to attend.

I am pleased to inform you that David Berman of Latham & Watkins has agreed to present to the Committee on the regulatory focus on culture and what firms should be doing/thinking about in response.  In addition to Mr. Berman’s presentation, the meeting’s agenda will include those issues that members’ would like to raise for discussion as well as a discussion of how this Committee can better serves the needs of its members.

If you have any suggestions regarding the meeting or this committee, please do not hesitate to share them with me (tamara@ici.org) or Committee Chair Philip Gallo of Schroders (Philip.Gallo@Schroders.com).  Also, if you know members of ICI or ICI Global who are interested in joining the committee or attending this meeting, please let me know and I will be happy to reach out to them. Philip and I very much appreciate your interest in this committee and we look forward to seeing you in April!   In the meantime, if either of us can be of any assistance to you, please let us know.
