11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (ET) Where: Via Conference Call Guest Speaker: Linda French, ICI Global Assistant Chief Counsel, will discuss the latest ESG developments in the US, Europe, and Asia, and the implications for funds globally.
IDC’s chapter meetings are informal and interactive gatherings for fund directors (independent and interested). They are free and open only to directors of ICI member funds.
The meeting will begin with a discussion led by Linda French. We will then discuss current topics relating to your roles as fund directors, including governance practices and SEC regulatory initiatives.
