December 20, 2019 TO: Securities Operations Advisory Committee RE: Registration Now Open: Securities Operations Advisory Committee Meeting. March 16-17, 2020.

 

The next meeting of the Securities Operations Advisory Committee will be held on Monday, March 16 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET and on Tuesday, March 17 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. ET.  The meeting will take place at the Franklin Templeton offices, located at 160 Fountain Parkway, 2nd Floor, St. Petersburg, FL 33716, Conference Room #160/2G.

Lunch will be served on the first day of the meeting at 1:00 p.m. and a continental breakfast and a boxed lunch on the second day.  Attire for the meeting is business casual.

Committee Dinner

An optional networking dinner for meeting attendees will be held on Monday evening, March 16 (reception at 6:30pm and dinner at 7:15pm at a restaurant TBD. The cost to attend the dinner is $115. Please not that if you cancel a dinner registration with less than three business days’ notice, the $115 will NOT be refunded.

Hotel

The ICI will not be reserving a hotel block for this meeting. If you are attending the InvestOps Conference, we recommend you stay at the Tampa Marriott Water Street. If you are not attending InvestOps, these three hotels are within a mile of the Franklin Templeton offices:
