The next meeting of the Investment Company Institute’s Small Funds Committee will be held on Wednesday, February 12, 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. ET via webinar.
Darlene DeRemer, Grail Partners, will provide an overview of the current state of the merger and acquisition landscape for small asset managers. In addition to heading up the Boston office, Darlene is the senior banker focusing on the asset management industry worldwide and has advised clients in a wide range of strategic transactions. Grail is an advisory merchant bank serving the investment management industry from offices in Boston, New York and San Francisco; Grail partners have worked on over 250 strategic transactions involving asset management businesses over two decades.
Ms DeRemer is a trustee of the ARK ETFs.
