Dr. Rhys Bollen will join us as a guest speaker from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) to speak about ASIC’s priorities in the fund and asset management space, as well as progress on the Asia Region Funds Passport and updates on ASIC’s participation in IOSCO.

We have confirmed two additional speakers from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). Karen Lau, Director, Investment Products, will discuss the latest implementation progress with SFC-authorised funds after the issuance of the green / ESG fund circular on disclosure guidance. Jade Wong from the SFC’s International Affairs team will also join the call to talk about the SFC’s involvement on the international front.
