We will have our last call of the year next Wednesday, 18 December from 11-12 p.m. EST (4-5 p.m. GMT) to discuss the following EU sustainable finance files:

  • Taxonomy legislation negotiations (still in progress)
  • Green Deal (publication expected 11 December)
  • Final legislative text of Disclosure Regulation (officially published 9 December)
  • ESMA work to develop regulatory technical standards (RTS) for the Disclosure Regulation (consultation on draft RTS expected in Q1 2020)
  • European Commission work to amend UCITS Directive, AIFMD, and MiFID II (consultation on draft delegated acts expected later this month)
  • European Commission work to develop voluntary ecolabel for financial products

We will circulate a more detailed agenda and dial-in in advance of the call.
