Attached is a preliminary agenda for the upcoming telephonic meeting for Asia-based members of the ICI Global Regulated Funds Committee on Wednesday, 18 December 2019 from 9:00-10:30 a.m. HKT.
We are very pleased to have a guest speaker from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) to speak about ASIC’s priorities in the fund and asset management space, as well as progress on the Asia Region Funds Passport and updates on ASIC’s participation in IOSCO.
We are in the process of confirming a second speaker from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.
We will circulate a final agenda later this week, as well as the dial-in information for the call. If there are particular items or issues that you would like included in the agenda, please do not hesitate to reach out and let us know.
