November 5, 2019 TO: Registered Fund CPO Advisory Committee RE: Save the Date: January 15 In-Person Meeting of ICI's Registered Fund CPO Advisory Committee, Featuring CFTC and NFA Speakers

 

Please mark your calendars for an in-person meeting of the Registered Fund CPO Advisory Committee. The meeting will take place on Wednesday, January 15, 2020.

The Committee will meet at ICI’s offices in Washington, DC. Members of the Committee will have the option to participate via videoconference from the offices of Nuveen Investments in Chicago, Illinois.

Josh Sterling, Director of the CFTC’s Division of Swap Dealer and Intermediary Oversight, has accepted ICI’s invitation to participate in an early portion of the meeting. Later in the day, the Committee will hear from Regina Thoele, NFA’s Senior Vice President of Compliance.

Registration information and a draft agenda will be circulated closer to the meeting date.
