IDC’s chapter meetings are informal and interactive gatherings for fund directors (independent and interested). They are free and open only to directors of ICI member funds.

Each meeting will begin with a discussion led by the guest speaker. We will then discuss current topics relating to your roles as fund directors, including governance practices and SEC regulatory initiatives.

If you plan to attend either meeting, register online at www.idc.org/reg/idc/chapter. Please make sure you click the “Submit” button when you have entered your information to complete the registration process. You should receive an automatic email confirmation immediately after registering. Please contact Paul Mussoni at paul.mussoni@ici.org or 202-326-5931 if you do not receive the confirmation or have any other technical difficulties.

I encourage you to take advantage of this valuable opportunity to interact with other directors and learn about governance practices of other fund boards. Experienced directors, as well as newer directors, consistently report the benefits of the insights gained from the discussions at these meetings.
