Boston, MA 02110 Guest Speakers: Erik Olsen, ACA Compliance Group managing director, will discuss board oversight of liquidity and the results of the ACA’s 2019 liquidity risk management program rule survey.
IDC’s chapter meetings are informal and interactive gatherings for fund directors (independent and interested). They are free and open only to directors of ICI member funds.
The meeting will begin with a discussion led by Erik Olsen. We will then discuss current topics relating to your roles as fund directors, including governance practices and SEC regulatory initiatives.
