The June SEC Rules Committee meeting will take place next week, on Wednesday, June 26th. We are pleased that our guest speaker will be Brent Fields, Associate Director of Disclosure Review and Accounting in the SEC’s Division of Investment Management. A meeting agenda for the meeting is attached.
The meeting will take place at the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, NW, Washington, DC, in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th Floor, 12:00 noon – 3:30 pm Eastern time. Lunch will be available at 11:30 am. In addition, participation by videoconference will be available from two off-site locations, with lunch being served in both locations:
