Columbus, OH 43215 Guest Speaker: JoAnn Strasser, Partner at Thompson Hine, and Dina Tantra, CEO of Global Rhino, will discuss current distribution trends and opportunities affecting the fund industry and the board’s oversight role with regard to distribution.
IDC’s chapter meetings are informal and interactive gatherings for fund directors (independent and interested). They are free and open only to directors of ICI member funds.
The meeting will begin with the discussion led by JoAnn Strasser and Dina Tantra. We will then discuss current topics relating to your roles as fund directors, including governance practices and SEC regulatory initiatives.
