ICI will hold a conference call of the Registered Fund CPO Advisory Committee on Monday, May 6th, from 12-1:30 pm ET. We are pleased to have as our guest speaker Patricia Cushing, Director of Compliance, National Futures Association. Patty will discuss recent NFA developments affecting registered fund commodity fund operators (CPOs), including NFA’s recent interpretive notice on CPO internal controls and NFA’s recent swaps proficiency requirements. We have attached a draft agenda for the call and welcome any additional suggestions you may have for topics.
