IDC’s chapter meetings are informal and interactive gatherings for fund directors (independent and interested). They are free and open only to directors of ICI member funds.
The meeting will begin with the discussion led by Robert Bridges of Sterling Capital Management. We will then discuss current topics relating to your roles as fund directors, including governance practices and SEC regulatory initiatives.
