The Independent Directors Council will host chapter meetings for fund directors in in Los Angeles on Tuesday, June 4 and San Francisco on Wednesday, June 5. You are invited to attend either meeting.

Representatives from Deloitte will facilitate a discussion on the following topics at each meeting:
- Doug Dannenmiller, Head of Investment Management Research –industry outlook
- Bruce Treff, Managing Director, and Antonio Crombie, Manager –liquidity risk
- Jay Monson, partner, and Tom Wines, Senior Manager – valuation
- Craig Friedman, Senior Manager – distribution
IDC’s chapter meetings are informal and interactive gatherings for fund directors (independent and interested). They are free and open only to directors of ICI-member funds.
The meetings will each begin with a discussion led by representatives from Deloitte. We will then discuss current topics relating to your roles as fund directors, including governance practices and SEC regulatory initiatives.
